I am sitting at my desk right now, with only 15 minutes left of my day. It was a very strange day. We started off playing games. That's right, some sort of dance memory game, and pictionary so I could get to know the group. Oh well, if I get payed to play games, so be it.... other than that I have been setting up my accounts, emailing few students and mostly reading carleton's website.. or at least that's what I'm supposed to do.. but it is sooo boring. Maybe it's my jet-lag talking I dont know. But I can't concentrate and am not really interested. I will be once people start calling me and I have to provide the answers. Most of that stuff I'll have learn during training in between the *other* games we'll be doign then. These people seem pretty tightly knit, they even have lunch together and... You guessed it.. play games!
Everyone seems friendly and helpful enough, especialy my supervisor seems nice. Anyway Iam heading home. talk to you later

s, i'm glad your first day went well. it's probably better that it wasn't terribly intellectually stimulating... with the jet lag and all. getting back into work sucks, but after a wonderful holiday, that's hard.
Yes that is totally true. I am pretty relieved that everything is going well. I quiet like the job so far.
